Westfield Grant Winners

We’re beyond thrilled to announce that It’s Okay Not to Be Okay has won the Westfield Local Heroes Grant — and this moment is nothing short of life changing.

Thanks to your votes, shares, and unwavering support, we can now reach over 800 young people and their families with mental health resources, grief support, and genuine community connection.

To Westfield: thank you for backing grassroots impact.

To the other incredible finalists: your work is powerful and vital — and we’re honoured to be recognised alongside you.

Together, we’re rewriting what community care looks like.

We won the Westfield Grant!

Thank you so much to everyone who voted, shared the link or advocated on behalf of us to people in their life.

Thank you to Westfield for believing in our grass roots charity and supporting the work we do.

This grant will help us impact 800 young people and their families.
This kind of support for our charity is absolutely life changing.

They may call my name as the winner but this win is all of us ours.
My sisters Hayleigh and Maddi, our board’s, our volunteers and our communities.

Congratulations to the two other finalists Alastair Leaver from Mums Supporting Families In Need and Amanda Mandie OAM from Koala Kids Foundation.

They are truly inspiring leaders who are connecting and enriching our community via the work they do.
Please check them out and support them if you can.
